Pricing
All product prices are displayed in Kenyan Shillings (KES).
Delivery charges are separate from the product price unless specifically stated otherwise and depend on the applicable delivery destination and service.
Orders and Payment
Available payment methods will be shown during checkout once the final payment setup has been completed.
Where payment confirmation is required, an order will be processed after payment has been successfully confirmed.
P&O Kids™ may contact a customer if additional information is required to process an order.
Delivery
P&O Kids™ operates as an online store and does not currently offer customer collection from a physical shop.
Delivery availability, charges and estimated timelines depend on the customer’s destination, order processing time, product availability and the applicable delivery service.
The relevant delivery information will be displayed or confirmed as part of the order and delivery arrangement.
Where tracking or delivery updates are available, the relevant information will be shared after dispatch.
Returns and Exchanges
Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 3 days of delivery.
Size exchanges are subject to availability of the requested replacement size.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged or faulty item, please contact P&O Kids™ within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos showing the issue.
Please contact P&O Kids™ before sending an item back so that the return or exchange can be reviewed and appropriate instructions can be provided.
