Delivery Across Kenya
P&O Kids™ is an online-only store. We deliver across Kenya through Pickup Mtaani, subject to service availability, the customer’s location and the courier’s operating schedules.
Nairobi delivery
Paid orders placed before 8:00 AM may qualify for same-day delivery within Nairobi, depending on the delivery location, Pickup Mtaani routes, courier schedules and operational capacity. Same-day delivery is not guaranteed. Orders placed after the cutoff are generally handled on the next available delivery schedule.
Delivery outside Nairobi
Orders outside Nairobi are generally delivered within 1–2 business days, depending on the destination, selected delivery service and courier arrangements.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges are based on the applicable Pickup Mtaani rates and the delivery service selected for the customer’s location. P&O Kids™ does not apply a fixed nationwide delivery fee. Delivery is arranged manually at present. We confirm your delivery charge and the final order total before requesting payment.
Dispatch and tracking
Orders are prepared for dispatch after payment has been confirmed. Tracking or delivery-reference details will be shared after dispatch where available.
Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and may be affected by location, courier schedules, public holidays, weather, traffic or other operational factors outside P&O Kids™’ direct control.
